Lot Tour - Sekemoto Family

Number 24 Sim Lane is home to the Sekemoto family. Elder Yumi and her young adult son Leighton and his son, toddler Sam. It is a small home and has an odd shaped floor plan but serves the purpose for this quiet family that keep to themselves.

I find this entrance quite calming and balanced.

Kitchen and meals. Sliding door leads to the back yard.

Lounge/living room. Didn't get a chance to take any photo's to put up on the walls, only the one of Sam as seen below. For some reason I couldn't get Leighton and Yumi to take photo's together even though they've both maxed out the Rebel trait thingy.

Short hallway/entry. Doors on the left are to Sam's bedroom and main bathroom, and then down the very end is Leighton's bedroom. I put an archway there because a door made it feel too closed off.

Main bathroom. Not much to see here. It's got the necessities.

Nursery and Sam's room.

Leighton's bedroom.

Back door which leads out to a small decking where the washing machine and dryer are but also the door leading to Yumi's own living quarters, separate from the house.

Small living area for Yumi and her own bathroom.
I think I might add a desk with a laptop and maybe some book shelves to her living area, I reckon those are more Yumi's style than another TV in the house. She can blog about fashion and style, since she is a stylist and technically still working. ;)

Yumi's bedroom. I forgot the curtains but I'll add those next I go in game. I always forget something! lol

Downstairs floor plan.

Upstairs floor plan.

Snow shot! :)
Because it was a total blizzard in their save I had to alternate between build mode (in terrains) and then live mode to take the outdoor shots so that you could actually see what their lot looked like. lol I think their home looks kinda cosy in the snow though and I wish now I had added a fireplace, but I seriously do not think there is enough room anywhere to put it anyway.
Update for this family will most likely be next weekend.

Thanks for looking!

This house is adorable! I love it. It looks especially awesome with all of that snow. Very cozy.

Thanks Mao, so glad you like it! I'm having a lot of fun giving these EA homes makeovers. :)
